Other rare Wonder Woman comics:
Any of the early issues of Sensation Comics featuring the lasso-toting lass are worth money, especially in nicer condition.
All-Star Comics #11 sees Wonder Woman return, and she appears in several issues. All are collectible.
Wonder Woman comic issues #1 through #107, though in bad shape they are worth just a few bucks each. Fine condition is worth much more.

Are there any other rare comic books featuring the X-Men?
None really, but the most exciting find is a "run" of 1960s to 1970s comics. Some Wolverine comics are worth serious money too.
If you have an old collection featuring plenty of the earlier issues of X-Men, say from #1 through #40, then you have a nice, valuable asset there. If they're in great shape, all the better.
The early X-Men Specials or Annuals are a nice find too, but only worth big money in near mint condition.
